I like this,

but the percussion is a little too loud for me. I feel like it stands out by itself, but it still sounds good.

Indeed. I forgot to "de-amplify" the percussion.
On the other hand, the beat is the only real addition I did over the original work.

as far as what the reviewer below mentioned about the whole MJ thing, i heard that he helped work on the soundtrack, but there are a few sites out there that try to tackle the whole thing, it's a lot lol. anyway awesome song man!

I almost never think like this but........

............atfer listening to this for a while i'm starting to think i'd like to hear a version of this with some kind of hip hop beat behind it. Like i said i almost never think that way but i keep hearing it in my head with some kind of hip hop thing going on with it. It's absolutely awesome the way it is though!
